Your GDPR Rights

1. Right of access (Art. 15)

You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. Write to privacy@imperialmarket.ro and you will receive a detailed report within 30 days.

2. Right to rectification (Art. 16)

If you notice incorrect or outdated data, you can ask us to correct it. You can edit many fields directly in the app (Settings → My account). For the rest, write to us.

3. Right to erasure — “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17)

4. Right to restriction (Art. 18)

You can ask us to temporarily stop processing your data (for example, while a complaint is pending). Write to privacy@imperialmarket.ro with the reason.

5. Right to portability — data export (Art. 20)

You have the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV). To request an export:

1. Send an email to privacy@imperialmarket.ro with the subject “GDPR data export request”.
2. State the email / phone number you are registered with.
3. Within 30 days at most you will receive a ZIP file with your data (JSON for structured data, PDF for fiscal receipts).

6. Right to object (Art. 21)

You can object to data processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing. Promotion notifications can be disabled directly in the app.

7. Rights regarding automated decisions (Art. 22)

We do not make decisions with legal effects on you based solely on automated processing. Promotion personalization is a suggestion, not a binding decision.

8. How to exercise any right

We respond within 30 days at most (usually faster). The process is free of charge.

9. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to contact:
