How do I sign up for the Imperial Fidelity app? +
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, open it, choose "Create account", and enter your email, phone number, and password. You will receive your virtual card immediately.
I forgot my password. What do I do? +
On the login screen, choose "Forgot password". You will receive a password-reset link by email. If the email doesn't arrive, write to support@imperialmarket.ro.
How do I use the virtual card at the checkout? +
Open the app, go to the "Card" section, and show the QR code (or card number) to the cashier. The discount is applied automatically.
How do I delete my account? +
See the Account deletion page for the official steps.
How do I see previous fiscal receipts? +
In the app, go to "My receipts". You will see all purchases made with the virtual card. Fiscal receipts remain available for 10 years per Romanian law.
Can I see how much I saved this month? +
Yes. In the app, the "My savings" section shows the total saved through promotions and the virtual card, by month.
How do I turn off promotion notifications? +
In the app → Settings → Notifications → you can disable any category. Account-related notifications (e.g., password reset) remain active.
The app doesn't work on my phone. What do I do? +
Make sure you have at least Android 8.0 or iOS 14. If it still doesn't work, write to support@imperialmarket.ro with your phone model and app version — we'll respond within 2 business days.
