Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Imperial Fidelity app and/or the imperialmarket.ro website, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Who we are

Imperial Market SRL, with its registered office at Strada Exemplu nr. 1, Timișoara, Romania, VAT ID RO00000000, J35/000/0000.

3. The Imperial Fidelity app — features

The app offers:

• Creating a user account
• Virtual loyalty card
• Viewing active promotions
• Viewing weekly catalogs
• Viewing the user’s fiscal receipt history
• Calculating monthly savings

The app is free. Mobile data charges may apply according to your mobile plan.

4. Eligibility

To use the app you must be at least 16 years of age. Accounts of minors under 16 will be deleted upon notice.

5. User account

You undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Do not share your password with anyone. You may at any time ask us to delete your account (see Account Deletion).

6. Prohibited use

The following is prohibited:

• Using the app for illegal purposes
• Attempting to access other users’ accounts
• Generating or presenting fabricated card codes
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the app

7. Promotions and the catalog

Promotions are valid while in-store stock lasts. Prices and availability may vary between locations. Imperial Market may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

8. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that it will meet all your expectations. Imperial Market is not liable for indirect damages or data losses arising from use of the app.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms. The current version will always be at imperialmarket.ro/en/terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled before the competent courts in Timișoara.
